Terms of Service for Nap Mapper

Welcome to Nap Mapper, a productivity app operated by Plumeria Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Texas, USA. By using Nap Mapper, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nap Mapper, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. User Accounts and Data
To access certain features, you must create an account using your name, email, and other information such as nap times, wake and bed times, and peak energy periods.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, illegal activity, or any behavior that interferes with the integrity of the app.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Nap Mapper offers both free and paid tiers. If you choose to subscribe to a paid tier, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
We offer a 14-day refund window for paid subscriptions. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@napmapper.com.
4. Feedback and User Content
We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and testimonials. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use your comments for product improvement, marketing, or other purposes, including posting positive testimonials on our website or promotional materials. No personally identifiable information will be shared without your consent.
Nap Mapper does not currently support user-generated content such as comments or public posts within the app.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Nap Mapper is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any tasks or suggestions generated by the app.
You understand and agree that:
- Nap Mapper is not responsible for missed tasks, productivity outcomes, or any reliance on the app's suggestions.

6. Termination and Service Availability
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Nap Mapper at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Nap Mapper will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas, USA.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes may also be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas. This is intended to reduce the cost and complexity of legal disputes.
